Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are and aren't available. It does not affect mandatory rights you may have under EU consumer law.
1. Digital products (ebooks, guides, downloads). Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be accessed and copied immediately, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access or download has begun. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, by doing so, you waive your EU 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, contact us at info@selfsourced.co and we will review your request.
2. Technical problems. If you cannot access or download a product, contact us at info@selfsourced.co and we will fix the issue or, if we cannot, provide a refund for that item.
3. Subscriptions. You may cancel any subscription at any time (see the Subscription Policy). If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge, we will refund that first charge in full. Renewal charges are non-refundable once they have been processed, but cancelling stops all future charges. To cancel or request a refund, email info@selfsourced.co or use the "Manage my subscription" link in your account.
4. EU 14-day cooling-off period. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, this right does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment (see section 1). For any future physical products, the 14-day right applies.
5. How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Returns. Our products are currently digital and delivered electronically, so there is nothing to ship back — there are no physical returns. Refund eligibility for digital products and subscriptions is covered above. (When physical products are added, a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging will apply, with the EU 14-day cooling-off right.)
